Cancellation Policy

Bluethium is committed to providing high-quality digital services with transparency and professionalism. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel services or projects.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request to cancel a project or service at any time by providing written notice via email.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our official email
  • Verbal or informal cancellation requests will not be considered valid
  • The cancellation will be effective once confirmed by Bluethium

2. Cancellation Before Project Start

  • If cancellation is requested before any work has begun, a full or partial refund may be issued
  • Any administrative or transaction fees may be deducted

3. Cancellation After Project Start

  • If a project is canceled after work has started, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deducting work completed, time invested, and resources used

4. Ongoing & Monthly Services

  • Monthly services (e.g., digital marketing, maintenance) may be canceled before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be provided once a billing cycle has started
  • Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date

5. Project Delays & Client Responsibility

  • Delays caused by lack of communication, missing content, or approvals from the client do not qualify for cancellation with a full refund
  • Projects may be paused or rescheduled at Bluethium’s discretion

6. Cancellation by Bluethium

Bluethium reserves the right to cancel a project or service under the following conditions:

  • Failure to receive timely communication or required materials from the client
  • Non-payment or delayed payments
  • Violation of terms or abusive behavior

In such cases, clients will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Refunds After Cancellation

Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Re-Activation of Services

If a client wishes to resume a canceled project:

  • A new agreement or contract may be required
  • Additional fees may apply depending on project status
