Bluethium provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • Graphic Design
  • Content Writing & Copywriting

Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • The project has not yet been started
  • Cancellation request is made within 24–48 hours of payment
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed or delivered work
  • Partially completed projects
  • Services that have already been initiated
  • Custom design, development, or content work
  • Monthly or ongoing services after billing has started

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases:

  • If a project is canceled after work has begun
  • Based on the percentage of work completed
  • After deducting time, resources, and administrative costs

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work:

  • Revisions are provided based on your selected package
  • Feedback must be provided clearly and promptly
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges

6. Project Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing
  • Completed work up to cancellation will be billed
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly

7. No Returns Policy

As Bluethium provides digital services and not physical goods, returns are not applicable.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Termination of ongoing projects
  • Further action if necessary

9. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary by provider
